The Orgy

The Orgy is a romantic comedy about a heartbroken guy who throws caution to the wind and goes to an orgy. He feels very awkward and out of place, until he meets a friendly girl who seems to like him – but he soon discovers that an orgy is not the ideal place to fall in love.

Director's Biography

Sam Baron - Sam's comedy short films have garnered over six million views online, and his drama Windscreenwiperman was featured by Vimeo, Indiewire and Short Of The Week. His latest short The Orgy stars Amit Shah and Alexandra Roach, and will tour festivals in 2018.Sam won the Academy's Nicholl Fellowship for his script The Science of Love And Laughter, which also featured on The Brit List. He will direct it next year as his first feature.He has recently been commissioned to rewrite The Girl With A Clock For A Heart for James Marsh and Chris Coen, and is also developing US cable drama series The Farm with Big Talk.Alongside his own projects, he has worked in production on The Hour and Mr Selfridge, as a script reader for the BBC, and in development at Ealing Studios.
